These High Uinta lakes are mostly accessible by vehicle, though a few require a short hike. Most are stocked with pan sized fish from 8 to 10 inches. The elevation is from 9,300 to over 10,000 feet.
Alexander: 23 acres, 28 ft. deep, 1/4 mile hike, camping available, brook trout.
Spectacle: 9.3 acres, 17 ft. deep, 1/4 mile hike, often covered by lilies, camping limited, water not available, brook trout.
Buckeye: 5 acres, 8 ft. deep, surrounded by wet meadows, camping and water available, brook trout.
Trident: 4 acres, 5 ft. deep, camping available but no water, brook trout.
Blue: 8 acres, 26 ft. deep, jeep trail 1 1/4 miles, camping and water, brook trout and grayling.
Beth: 5.4 acres, 10 ft. deep, Camping but no water, surrounded by wet meadows, brook trout.
Haystack: 17 acres, 29 ft. deep, 1/2 mile jeep road, camping but no water, brook and cutthroat.
Rock: 8 acres, 14 ft. deep, 3/8 mile hike from Haystack, no trail, camping and water, brook trout.
Azure: 9 acres, 23 ft. deep, 3/8 mile hike from Haystack, no trail, no camping or water, cutthroat.
Shadow: 14 acres, 20 ft. deep, camping and water, brook trout.
Tail: 9.8 acres, 13 ft. deep, 1/2 mile hike, camping but no water, brook and rainbow trout.
Shallow: no fish, land mark only.
Shoestring: no fish.
Washington: 60 to 100 acres, 72 to 40 ft. deep, camping but no water, rainbow, brook and cutthroat trout.
Lost: 64 acres, 28 ft. deep, reservoir size and level fluctuates greatly, camping, rainbow trout.
Crystal: 9.8 acres, 10 ft. deep, camping and water available, brook trout.
Lower Lily: 3.2 acres, 16 ft. deep, east of trail, no camping or water, brook trout. Upper Lily is west of the trail, no fishing.
Trial: 69 to 35 acres, 68 to 36 ft. deep, camping, rainbow, albino catchables and brook trout.
Teapot: 14.4 acres, 48 ft. deep, camping, rainbow, albino catchable, and brook trout.
Lilly: 5.1 acres, 12 ft. deep, camping, rainbow and brook trout.
Diamond: 3 acres, 7 ft. deep, limited camping with water, brook trout.
Mirror: 53.4 acres, 36 ft. deep, camping, picnicing, small boat ramp, rainbow and brook trout.
Pass: 6.5 acres, 8 ft. deep, primitive camp sites, rainbow and brook trout.
Bonnie: 3.6 acres, 7 ft. deep, camping but no water, brook trout.
Tadpole: no fishing.
Scout: 19 acres, 17 ft. deep, no camping, 1/2 mile hike, brook, rainbow, and cutthroat trout.
Butterfly: 5.2 acres,13 ft. deep, camping, brook and rainbow trout.
