The Strawberry Rainbow Trout Tagged Fishing Contest kicks off this weekend! That's right, Strawberry Bay Marina is once again holding a tagged fishing contest this year. 150 tagged rainbows will be going into Strawberry this week. An additional 150 will be stocked later in the summer. There are also plans of tagging 15 kokanee in June.

There is no registration, no entry fee, no small print. Just get up, catch a tagged fish and win! Some great sponsors have stepped up to help us out this year including, The One Stop in Heber, Farmer's Insurance, Kings Camo, Camp Chef, American Land and Liesure, Pinnacle Marine, Auto Spa Car Wash, Gitzit, Equity Real Estate, and many more to come!

So grab the kids, some PowerBait and get up and catch a prize. The Strawberry Tagged fishing contest will run through September with a Closing Ceremony for those that catch a tagged fish to be determined. Good luck and good fishing!
