Ice is coming off more Utah waters. Here are the latest reports we have heard.
The boat ramp at Pelican Lake is now ice-free. You may launch boats and fish from the shore
The personal watercraft ramp at Jordanelle Reservoir is giving anglers access to open water.
Ice is almost gone at Holmes Creek Reservoir.
Ice is now receding from the edges at Mantua Reservoir. Launch small watercraft from the back southeast corner
Otter Creek and Piute reservoirs have open water and fishing is starting to pick up. Was slow when the ice first came off.
Flaming Gorge, Utah side, is mostly open water. Boat ramps are open and usable from the dam through Lucerne.
Bear Lake has mostly open water.
Steinaker has some fishable open water.
Causey has some fishable open water near by Boy Scout camp.
Strawberry and Scofield are still covered by ice. Probably be mid or late April before it pulls back on those waters.
DWR reports that Utah Lake, Yuba, Nine Mile and Palisade reservoirs are now ice-free
