It is managed for trophy trout and produces large fish some years. The park at the reservoir has a sanded beach, a concrete public boat ramp, a 29 unit campground, flush toilets, hot showers, and picnic areas. Location: From Beaver, travel southwest on Hwy 21 for 17 miles. Turn right into Minersville Park. GPS Coordinates: Size: 990 acres. Primary Fish Species: Rainbow trout, cutthroat trout and smallmouth bass. Special Regulations: Seasonal Factors: Better fishing in the spring and fall, when the fish come into the shallows to feed.
